We accept returns only if:

• Product is damaged
• Wrong item delivered

📅 Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

📌 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of spiritual products, the following are not eligible:

• Used items
• Customized / energized crystals

📌 Refund Process

• Once return is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to original payment method

  📌 Replacement

  We offer replacement instead of refund if:

  • Item is defective
  • Wrong product delivered

  📌 Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • After shipping, cancellation is not allowed
